ABOUT MAC
Inspired by dramatic lighting in the landscape, acclaimed Pastel Artist, Mac Schueppert, PSA, is always seeking out new ways to push the color in her works. Through the use of rich, warm and cool colors, and by manipulating the interplay of darks and lights she is able to express the beauty that surrounds her.

Hardy Collection Invitational
Mac's work will be donated for the seasonal silent auction benefitting the Hardy Gallery. Another painting by Mac will be available for sale. The exhibit opens in July and runs through August.

Mac 2023 'Art in the Door' Winner
Mac was honored as one of four winners of the 2023 Art in the Door contest. Four local artists each received a $2,000 prize with their artwork featured in Destination Door County's marketing campaigns promoting the inspiring destination. Mac's painting, "Bay Sunset" (shown below) along with her video interview highlighted on Destination Door County's website can be viewed by clicking on the links below.

A huge thank you to Mac's husband of 54 years and art partner-in-crime - Tom (aka "Doc"). Not only has he served in the role of husband, father, grandfather and Doctor, but he has recently contributed his wood-working talents as the Master Framer for all of Mac's beautiful works of art.
